Description

pipe wrap tape is used as the base material which is coated by the liquid butyl rubber film, both of which are pressed and compounded. Pipe coating tape will protect the pipe and its anti-corrosion tape surface from pipeline damages. Xunda high quality pipe wrap tape coating tapes have been specially developed for high-quality, corrosion protection for joints, in cases where the pipeline has already been installed. The material is easy, safe and quick to apply on welded joints, bends and other complicated shapes.

Usage

l Provides long-term anticorrosion to steel pipelines.

l Repair of damaged factory applied corrosion protection and anticorrosion to pipe surface

l Outlining weld beads and cut backs prior to wrapping bare-welded joints.

l Outlining seams on spiral and seam welded pipe.
